Goodstart Early Learning Toormina is seeking a Trainee Educator to begin a rewarding career in early childhood education. This full-time, 18-month traineeship provides hands-on experience under the guidance of the Centre Leadership Team while you work toward a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
You will help create a safe, engaging learning environment, support daily routines, and contribute to the education program alongside experienced teachers.

Pay: Up to $31.36 per hour + super

As a Trainee Educator at Goodstart, you will be dedicated to giving children the best possible start to their school journey. With the support of your Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators, you will be empowered to forge your career whilst working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificate other than in childcare will still be eligible.
