Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Trainee Educator in Sydney to support early childhood learning and care while studying towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care. You will work under the guidance of qualified educators and contribute to daily activities that foster children's development.

With funded training, flexible hours, and pathways to permanent employment, this traineeship offers valuable hands-on experience in a supportive centre team and a commitment to child

Qualifications

• Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.
• Permanent right to work in Australia.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
• Interest in early years education and enthusiasm to learn.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
• Immunisation against Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Whooping Cough (Pertussis) or willingness to receive.

To be eligible for a Traineeship you are not able to hold a previous Certificate or Diploma qualification completed outside of secondary school in the last 7 years. Applicants who have completed a school-based certificateother than in childcare will still be eligible.

In addition, you must have:

• The willingness and motivation to study towards aCertificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
• A permanent right to work in Australia
• Good time management and organisational skills
