Isaac Regional Council is offering a full-time fixed-term Trainee Administration Officer in Moranbah. This 12-month traineeship lets you earn while you learn and complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business.

You'll handle customer service for Isaac residents, support teams with administration, procurement, and financial tasks, and coordinate meetings and training sessions. No prior experience required; drivers licence desirable.

Qualifications

• No prior administration experience required; willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a team and be organised.
• Proficiency with basic computer programs, including MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain policies, templates, and forms.
• Provide customer service to Isaac residents.
• Assist with administration, procurement, and financial support.
