Qualifications

• No prior administration experience required; positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, organized, proactive, and able to work in a team.
• Confident using basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, guidelines, templates, and forms.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Isaac residents including answering phones and providing face-to-face support as required.
• Assist Team Leaders, Overseers, and Coordinators with administration, procurement, and financial support.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Undertake other administration duties as required.
