Job summary

Civforce Traffic Management is seeking a capable coordinator to join our Loganholme-based operations team. You will allocate Traffic Controllers, Implementers, and drivers to daily jobs, updating allocations in Traffio and coordinating staff, vehicles and equipment for efficient service delivery.

Your role requires strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving to handle changing requirements, keep stakeholders informed, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience allocating within a busy traffic management company.
• Hands-on Traffio experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of traffic management operations, roles, qualifications and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, crews and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Allocate Traffic Controllers, Traffic Management Implementers, TMA drivers and other operational staff to daily jobs.
• Manage and update daily allocations using Traffio.
• Coordinate staff, vehicles, equipment and job requirements to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Respond to changing job requirements, cancellations, urgent requests and last-minute scheduling changes.
• Liaise with clients regarding bookings, confirmations and changes to traffic management requirements.
• Communicate daily schedules and updates clearly to field staff and operational management.
• Monitor staff availability, competencies, licences and relevant job requirements.
• Identify and resolve allocation conflicts to minimise operational disruptions.
• Maintain accurate job records and ensure all allocations are updated in the system.
