Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Traffic Controller or Team Leader.
• Interest in learning traffic planning, staff allocation and operational coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Current driver's licence and White Card.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the daily allocation and scheduling of traffic control crews across multiple sites.
• Learning to develop Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP).
• Reviewing Traffic Guidance Schemes and assisting with the preparation of traffic management documentation.
• Supporting the planning team with risk assessments and development of control measures.
• Assisting with permit applications and ensuring approvals are met.
• Coordinating with clients, site supervisors and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Providing general administrative support and helping with timesheets and payroll tasks.
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and within required timeframes.
