Qualifications

• Experience waiting tables in premium venues is essential.
• RSA certification required (licence for service of alcohol).
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends on rotating rosters.

We are on the hunt for experienced trade waiters for immediate start in our premium dining venues. Tassis Group venues include Massimo Bar and Restaurant, Opa Bar & Mezze, Yamas Greek and Drink, Fosh, Rich and Rare, Longwang, Fatcow, Pompette and Dark Shepherd at the Casino, Stilts and Mulga Bills at the Green Bridge and Aunty on Wandoo St. Restaurants include the cuisines of Australian steakhouse, seafood, Greek cuisine, Italian cuisine, Asian cuisine, and Latin cuisine. Our company aims to provide the ultimate experience for our customers with fantastic service and outstanding food and drinks. Pay rate to be discussed above indication only for full time staff.
