Job summary

OTTO, part of Fink Group, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Section Waiter to join a vibrant fine dining team. You will deliver guest-focused service in a high-volume setting, manage a section with confidence, and collaborate with front and back of house to uphold the restaurant's polished standards.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in quality venues, strong F&B knowledge, RSA, and a positive, adaptable attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a quality, high-volume or hatted venue.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Confident, engaging, guest-focused personality able to step straight into a section with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Valid RSA.
• Unrestricted working rights.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
