Job summary

National Tiles is seeking a Trade Assistant for our Burleigh Heads store to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. You will guide customers through their projects and assist with stock, orders, and deliveries in a hands-on role.

The position involves assisting with warehouse tasks, stock checks, and WHS compliance while providing expert product knowledge and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide expert product advice and recommendations, proactively driving sales across the full National Tiles range.
• Recognise opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and re-engage inactive accounts.
• Manage the end-to-end process from quotes to delivery and stock management with accuracy and clear communication.
• Safely operate a forklift to assist with deliveries, arrivals and dispatch.
• Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices.
