Job summary

Beaumont Tiles Casula is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant on a permanent part-time basis. You will be the face of our showroom, helping customers select tiles, flooring and bathroom products, and delivering excellent service.

Join a trusted Australian brand with over 60 years of success. The role offers a consistent roster of three weekdays 9:00am–5:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am–4:00pm, with ongoing product training and a clear path for long-term career growth.

Qualifications

The role offers a consistent roster of three weekdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm plus Saturdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm

About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our showroom, delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers select the perfect tiles, flooring and bathroom products for their homes and projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to retail, trade and builder customers
• Assisting customers with product selection and showroom inspiration
• Building strong relationships to generate repeat business
• Preparing quotes and processing sales orders
• Following up customer enquiries and sales opportunities
• Maintaining showroom presentation and product displays
• Working closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous retail sales or customer service experience
• Enjoys building relationships and helping customers find solutions
• Is confident, enthusiastic and professional in their approach
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Is comfortable learning new products and systems
• Can work effectively in a team environment
• Experience within tiles, flooring, building products, home improvement or interior design is advantageous but not essential
