Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane. You will help plumbers and tradespeople access products, provide friendly service, quotes, and support day-to-day branch operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to provide product information and quotes to customers in person and over the phone.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick, packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
