Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Trade Counter team member in Kelvin Grove (Brisbane) to help plumbers and tradies access products for building and renovation projects. You will assist customers in person and by phone, handle quotes, stock control, and occasional deliveries.

The role offers varied shifts including weekends with opportunities for career growth across our national network and head office.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn new systems
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and open to weekend shifts
• Wants to develop their career within our network or head office

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities
• Keep the branch tidy and safe
• Occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
