Job summary

Reece Group in Maribyrnong is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to help plumbers and tradespeople access products and support branch operations. You’ll handle customer questions, quotes, stock handling, and occasional deliveries, contributing to a smooth, customer-focused branch environment.

This role requires a customer-service mindset, a valid driver’s licence, and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Hold a clean, valid driver’s licence.
• Willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
