Job summary

Reece Kelvin Grove is seeking a customer-focused team member to support the Trade Counter. You will assist plumbers and tradespeople, answer product questions, and quote customers in person or by phone.

Responsibilities include picking and packing, stock control, keeping the branch tidy, and occasional deliveries using the company vehicle. Weekend shifts may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Comfort with using a computer and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
