Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant in Cannonvale to support plumbers and tradespeople with product information, quotes, and stock handling. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, process orders, and help maintain a safe, tidy branch.

This role requires a can-do attitude, a clean driver’s licence, and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends. Training and career progression opportunities are available within our nationwide network.

Competenze

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information is accurate.
• Able to use a computer and learn new systems.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and willingness to work weekends.
• Wants to develop their career within our network or head office.

Mansioni

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
