Job summary

Reece Kelvin Grove is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to support plumbers and tradespeople with product information and service in Brisbane. You will quote products in person and by phone, help with picking, packing and stock control, and assist with branch upkeep to ensure a safe, tidy environment.

The role involves occasional deliveries using a company vehicle and requires a customer-focused attitude with readiness to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Computer-literate and willing to learn new systems.
• Clean, valid driver’s licence and open to weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Give quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control tasks.
• Keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Occasionally deliver to customers using company vehicle.
