Job summary

Reece is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant at Slacks Creek (Actrol) to help engineers, project managers and tradespeople access plumbing and refrigeration products. You’ll deliver friendly service, assist with quotes, and support stock and deliveries to keep the branch running smoothly.

The role suits someone with retail or customer service experience who is eager to learn, comfortable with computer systems, and holds a valid driver’s licence. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new systems.
• Ability to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to drive a company vehicle when required.
• Open to working across varied shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service and information about products.
• Providing quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
