Reece in Greenacres is seeking a Trade Counter Assistant to help plumbers and tradespeople access products and ensure the branch runs smoothly. You will assist customers, quote prices, pick and pack orders, and help with stock control while upholding branch safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information is accurate.
• Tech savvy and eager to learn new systems.
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
