Reece Group in Mount Isa is seeking a friendly retail specialist to support plumbers and tradespeople at our Trade Counter. Your day includes helping customers, sharing product knowledge, and handling quotes in person and over the phone.

You will pick, pack, stock and deliver when required, keep the branch tidy and safe, and learn new systems as you grow with our national network. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s licence are important to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Able to pick orders and maintain shop floor displays.
• Willing to learn new systems and use company tools.
• Hold a clean, valid driver’s license and be open to weekend work.
• Interested in developing your career within our network or head office.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
• Help keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
