Job summary

Reece Plumbing, part of the Reece Group, is seeking a customer-focused individual for a Trade Counter role in Adelaide. You’ll assist plumbers and tradespeople with product information, quotes, stock handling and delivery support to keep the branch running smoothly.

The role involves assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone, maintaining displays and learning new systems. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers in person and over the phone.
• Able to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech savvy and willing to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and information about products.
• Provide quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pickup, packing and stock control tasks.
• Keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
