Job summary

Reece Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a customer‑focused Store Associate for our HVAC team in Berrimah. You will assist builders and tradespeople by providing product information, quotes in person and over the phone, and handling pick packing and stock control to keep the branch running smoothly.

The role requires a driver’s licence, flexibility for various shifts including weekends, and a customer‑centric approach to help develop your career within our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech‑savvy and is happy to learn new systems.
• Has a clean valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends.
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office.

About the role

As part of the HVAC team in Berrimah, you’ll help builders and other tradespeople access the products they need for their projects, as well as other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day
