Job summary

Tennis Australia Limited is seeking a Tournament Services Lead to direct planning and delivery of essential services for the Adelaide International. You will oversee Accreditation, Transport, Player Services and related areas, coordinating with Event Operations and International Events teams to ensure top-notch experiences for players and teams.

We value strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with a track record in large-scale event operations and the ability to drive service

Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale sporting or entertainment event operations.
• Strong event logistics and project management skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of key Tournament Services areas.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and ongoing delivery of Functional Area Supervisors.
• Coordinate operational requirements including technology, systems, furniture and fitout.
• Develop best-practice documentation and training materials.
• Work closely with internal teams to align systems and service standards.
• Support teams before and during the event.
• Ensure Tournament Services areas meet ATP and WTA requirements and delivery standards.
