You will partner with Event Operations and International Events to ensure staff, spaces and systems are prepared for success and deliver an exceptional experience for players and teams.

• Experience in large-scale sporting or entertainment event operations.
• Strong event logistics and project management skills.
• Ability to build effective relationships across diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and delivery of key Tournament Services areas.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing delivery of Functional Area Supervisors.
• Coordinate operational requirements including technology, systems, furniture and fitout.
• Develop best-practice documentation and training materials.
• Work closely with internal teams to align systems and service standards.
• Support teams before and during the event.
• Ensure Tournament Services areas meet ATP and WTA requirements and delivery standards.
