Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Payroll Administrator for a hands-on, data-entry role based in Western Sydney. You will capture and validate timesheet data from project sites and enter it into the payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Working closely with site teams, you will resolve discrepancies, maintain up-to-date payroll records and provide general admin support to the payroll function.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll or timesheet administration.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort with systems and large data volumes.
• Experience in construction or project-based environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Collect and collate employee timesheet information from project sites.
• Review timesheet data for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter timesheet data into internal payroll system.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain accurate payroll data and provide admin support.
