Qualifications

  • Previous administration, payroll, or finance experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the payroll profession
  • Experience using payroll systems such as ADP (desired but not essential)
  • Understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and employment conditions (advantageous).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls.
