Qualifications

• Experience in payroll/ timesheet administration or similar role.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Experience within construction or project-based environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect and collate employee timesheet information from project sites.
• Review timesheet data for completeness and accuracy.
• Extract timesheet data from the workforce management app.
• Enter timesheet information into the payroll system.
• Identify discrepancies and follow up on missing information.
• Maintain accurate payroll data.
• Provide general administrative support to payroll.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure on-time submissions.
