AMS Doors Timber and Hardware PTY LTD is seeking an Internal Sales Representative in Moorebank NSW to assist customers, prepare quotes, and process orders. The role emphasizes delivering expert product knowledge for timber doors and hardware, supporting builders, tradespeople and retail customers with product selection.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in internal sales or customer service, strong communication, good computer skills, and a team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, trade counter, or customer service (building materials or hardware industry preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of internal sales or customer service experience is required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with good computer skills (experience with quoting/order systems a bonus)
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming phone, email, and in-person sales enquiries
• Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers (Training will be provided)
• Support builders, tradespeople, and retail customers with product selection
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and follow up on leads
