Job summary

Bundanon Trust in NSW is seeking a Part-Time Ticketing Officer (3 days/wk) to manage event ticketing, reporting, and admin duties. You will build events on Tessitura/Momentus, monitor transactions, generate KPI reports, manage refunds, and maintain data across CRM. This role supports visitors and contributes to smooth events.

The position offers pro‑rated annual salary with super and requires strong organisational and customer‑facing skills to ensure an enriching visitor experience.

• Experience operating CRM, ticketing and booking systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse people.
• Ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changes.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build events on the ticketing platform with accuracy and in consultation with stakeholders.
• Maintain the event ticketing platform and monitor transactions.
• Provide system knowledge updates through training and self-learning.
• Create process flowcharts and instruction sheets for users.
• Deliver KPI reports and visitation data for monthly/periodic reports.
• Support CRM, ticketing, and admin functions across site.
• Attend weekly meetings and assist delivery as needed.
• Handle ticket requests, refunds, and inquiries by phone/email.
