Job summary

Bundanon in NSW is seeking a part-time Ticketing Officer to manage event ticketing, reporting, and admin tasks. You will build and maintain events in the ticketing platform, monitor transactions, and prepare KPI reports to support visitor experiences.

The role requires CRM/ticketing expertise, strong customer service, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. Familiarity with Tessitura/ Momentus is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CRM, ticketing and booking systems.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse people.
• Ability to adapt quickly and meet deadlines.
• Capable of working evenings and weekends when required.
• Excellent accuracy in record keeping and data entry.
• Proven customer service for inquiries via phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage events on the ticketing platform with accuracy.
• Provide cross-organisational support for ticketing systems.
• Monitor ticket transactions and suggest system updates.
• Produce KPI reports and visitation data for monthly reviews.
• Process ticket requests, refunds, and admissions with care.
• Maintain naming protocols across systems (CRM, ticketing, CMS).
• Offer admin support including emails, invoicing and data entry.
• Support evenings and weekends for events as required.
