Are you an experienced ticketing, accreditation or event operations professional looking to take ownership of a critical function within one of Australia's busiest event precincts?, Sydney Showground is seeking a highly organised and proactive Ticketing & Accreditation Manager to lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ticketing, accreditation and access control operations across a diverse portfolio of events.
This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of ticketing and accreditation services for exhibitions, concerts, festivals, sporting events and major public events held across Sydney Showground and ENGIE Stadium. You will work closely with event organisers, promoters, ticketing agents, operational teams and external stakeholders to ensure safe, seamless and efficient access for patrons, exhibitors, contractors, workforce and authorised personnel.
From ticketing builds and accreditation planning through to event-day delivery and post-event reporting, you will play a key role in ensuring events operate smoothly while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You will oversee ticket allocations, seating manifests, access permissions, accreditation systems, reporting, operational planning and event-day readiness, while managing relationships with ticketing providers, clients, security teams, contractors and internal stakeholders.
As the venue's ticketing and accreditation specialist, you will identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and customer outcomes while helping shape the future of event access and operational delivery at Sydney Showground.
