Job summary

Bundanon is seeking a Part-Time permanent Ticketing Officer to manage event ticketing, reporting, system support and administration. The role supports ticket creation, refunds, and KPI reporting to ensure a seamless visitor experience in NSW.

The position reports to the Visitor Services Manager and is pro-rated for 3 days per week, with an annualised salary of AUD 70,000 plus 12% super, pro rata to AUD 42,000 + super for 3 days.

Qualifications

• Experience in the operation of CRM, ticketing and booking systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Ability to quickly retain and act on new information, adapt quickly to changing circumstances and adopt an effective course of action.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
• Operate effectively both independently and as a member of a team, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build events on the ticketing platform as required with accuracy and in consultation with internal stakeholders.
• Provide support across the organisation to maintain the event ticketing platform and monitor transactions.
• Create process flowcharts and instruction sheets for other ticketing users.
• Deliver regular KPI reports and visitation data.
• Manage ticket requests and refunds for staff and VIP ticket holders.
• Support the site wide event management system and maintain naming protocols across systems.
• Attend weekly WIP meetings and support delivery as needed.
