Job summary

Royal Agricultural Society of NSW, Sydney Showground, seeks a Ticketing & Accreditation Manager to own ticketing, accreditation and access control operations across diverse events. Lead planning, delivery and continuous improvement, coordinating with organisers, promoters and ticketing providers to ensure smooth entry and exceptional customer experiences.

You will oversee ticketing builds, allocations, manifests and reporting, while driving process improvements and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Venue Management, Event Management or related field.
• Current Class C Driver's Licence.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating ticketing, accreditation, venue operations or event logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence working independently and taking ownership of outcomes.
• Ability to build productive relationships with clients, promoters, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience with ticketing systems and event management software highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and continuous improvement of ticketing, accreditation and access control across a diverse events portfolio.
• Oversee end-to-end ticketing and accreditation services for exhibitions, concerts, festivals, sporting events and public events across Sydney Showground and ENGIE Stadium.
• Manage ticket allocations, seating manifests, access permissions, accreditation systems, reporting and event-day readiness.
• Collaborate with event organisers, promoters, ticketing agents, operations teams and external stakeholders to ensure safe, seamless access for patrons, exhibitors and staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and customer outcomes.
• Operate in a dynamic event environment with flexibility for evenings, weekends and public holidays.
