Job summary

Untitled Group is seeking a Head of Ticketing in Sydney to own end-to-end ticketing across national and international tours, venues, music festivals and greenfield events. You will lead a high-performing team, drive forecasting, pricing integrity and platform performance as a core revenue engine.

This role requires strategic leadership, strong commercial judgement and hands-on expertise in ticketing operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior ticketing or live event commercial roles across venues and festivals.
• Proven leadership, coaching and delegation with accountable teams.
• Deep understanding of ticketing systems, access control and on-site integration.
• Experience in touring/venue settlements and revenue governance.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and governance capabilities.
• Ability to translate data into revenue strategy and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Established relationships across the Australian ticketing ecosystem.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Claude) to improve team workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Senior Ticketing Managers and teams.
• Own pricing architecture, release strategy, and revenue pacing for events.
• Oversee forecasting framework aligned to event financial models.
• Manage ticketing partner selection, SLAs and data access.
• Drive workflow automation and use AI to improve team efficiency.
• Provide revenue modelling and scenario analysis for promoters.
