Sika Australia is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth across Australia. You will deliver technical expertise and tailored solutions to contractors, applicators, engineers, and specifiers, building lasting relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales or hands-on trade/application experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to operate autonomously in the field.
• Background in construction, building materials, waterproofing, concrete, chemicals, or industrial manufacturing is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer, and specifier networks.
• Manage assigned territories, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide on-the-ground technical advice, system recommendations, and application support.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
