Job summary

Sika Australia is seeking driven Technical Sales Representatives across Australia to deliver technical expertise and tailored solutions to customers and industry partners. You will build relationships, manage territories, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and meet sales targets.

We value hands-on experience in technical/B2B sales or trades, a strong commercial mindset, and ability to work autonomously in the field.

Qualifications

Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales OR hands-on trade/application experience.
Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets and drive growth.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
High degree of self-motivation, proactivity, and ability to operate autonomously in the field.
Background in construction, building materials, waterproofing, concrete, chemicals, engineering, or industrial manufacturing is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture strong relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer, and specifier networks.
Manage assigned territories, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Provide on-ground technical advice, system recommendations, and application support.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
