Job summary

Sika Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive territory growth in construction markets. You will perform product demonstrations, support field trials, and provide technical input to customers, while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in construction markets.
• Strong customer relationships and negotiation skills.
• Analytical and organized, able to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Crush sales targets and increase market share in your territory.
• Collaborate with the Target Market Manager on key customers and projects.
• Conduct product demonstrations, assist with field trials, and provide technical support to customers.
• Identify new business opportunities in construction markets and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Represent Sika at trade events and monitor competitor activities.
• Master Sika's product line, sales policies, and Salesforce CRM for efficient customer interaction tracking.
• Provide after-sales service, including product updates and complaint resolution.
• Report to the Target Market Manager on forecasts, expenses, and monthly performance.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
