Qualifications

Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales or hands-on trade experience.
Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets and growth.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
High degree of self-motivation and ability to operate autonomously in the field.
Background in construction, building materials, waterproofing, or related industries is valued.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer and specifier networks.
Manage territories, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to hit sales targets.
Provide on-the-ground technical advice, system recommendations and application support.
Collaborate with internal technical, marketing, operations and customer service teams.
