Job summary

Jaybro Group in Ipswich, QLD, is seeking a full-time Customer Service & Sales Advisor. This Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm role involves managing inbound enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, and proactively growing existing accounts while delivering exceptional service and product advice.

• Proven experience in customer service and sales, including inbound/outbound calls and upselling.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP (SAP) systems, with a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound phone, email and trade counter enquiries, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
• Grow sales through customer follow-up, account development, outbound prospecting and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare quotes, process orders and manage opportunities using Salesforce, SAP and related systems.
• Build strong customer relationships, provide product advice, and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and outstanding customer outcomes.
• From time to time, you may be required to assist the warehouse team with picking and packing customer orders.

About The Role

In this full-time, Monday to Friday role (9am - 5pm), you'll join a fun, experienced team delivering exceptional customer service and expert product advice.
