Himac Attachments is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Victoria. This remote role targets reps who can travel across the state, build a dealer network and own a sales pipeline with HubSpot.
You will train dealers, chase quotes, and close orders while working closely with management and the owners to drive growth and hit targets. A friendly, results-driven culture supports your independence.
Himac’s Purpose: “To Make Your Life Easier”
Our Values:
Positivity | It’s not a problem, it’s an opportunity.
Gratitude | We don’t just say thanks, we mean it.
Commitment | We follow through on the commitments we make.
Teamwork | Together, we achieve more.
The Role: Territory Sales Manager, Victoria
Location: This is a remote role, so we’re keen to hear from anyone based in Melbourne or anywhere in Victoria who can comfortably get around the state’s regions on a regular basis. If you’re in regional Victoria, we want to hear from you.
If you’re a driven, on-the-road salesperson who wants to own a territory and build something, this is the role for you.
Great sales careers are built on three things:
A product and brand you genuinely believe in.
A business that backs you, so you spend your time selling instead of chasing problems.
The freedom to try new ideas and back yourself to make a real impact.
At Himac, that’s what you get.
You’ll be the face of Himac to our dealer network across Victoria. This is a market with real room to grow, and you will be the one driving that growth. You’ll ask the questions others shy away from, dig into what’s really holding a deal back, and find a way to get it over the line. A ‘no’ is just the start of the conversation.
Behind you is a world-class operations team, a scheduling system that gives you accurate lead times and reliable delivery dates to share with your customers, and a dedicated Service & Warranty team that handles post-sale issues. Our Inside Sales team keeps your quotes and orders moving while you’re on the road. When you’re back in the office, you own your pipeline: you’re quoting, following up and pushing for the order yourself, because you thrive on making the sale.
You’ll work closely with senior management and the company owners, with regular weekly contact. They genuinely care about your success and want to hear your ideas. We celebrate the wins, back each other, and nobody here is above rolling up their sleeves.
What We Are Looking For:
3+ years in an outbound or on-the-road sales role.
Experience in construction, agriculture or equipment sales (highly regarded - not essential).
Experience working with or managing a dealer network (highly regarded).
You hit your numbers, and you know exactly why when you don’t.
You’re as comfortable talking to the sales floor reps as you are with a dealer principal or senior executive.
You ask the hard questions and you don’t take the first no as the final answer.
You’d rather pick up the phone and chase the quote yourself than wait for someone else to.
You’re comfortable with CRM systems and technology, or you’re hungry to learn.
You work hard, you’re driven, and you can perform without supervision (this is a remote role).
You align with Himac’s values.
What Life as a Himac Territory Sales Manager Looks Like:
On the road:
Running planned, purposeful dealer visits across Victoria, where every visit has a reason and delivers real value.
Training dealer teams on the Himac range and keeping Himac front of mind.
Finding and signing new dealers to grow Himac’s footprint.
In the office:
Chasing every quote, following through on actions from your dealer visits, and processing orders.
Keeping your pipeline sharp and up to date in HubSpot.
Planning your next road trip so every day on the road counts.
The Fun Stuff: What You’ll Get
Access to Himac’s GBS profit-sharing program after your probation period.
A hybrid office, home and road-based role.
Company vehicle (Ford Ranger Wildtrak - Dual Cab Ute), laptop and phone.
2 to 3 trips a year to our head office in Albany, Western Australia
A friendly, supportive culture built on trust.
A paid day off for your birthday
Free annual flu vaccination.
Rental car and Accor accommodation discounts.
