Job summary

Himac Attachments is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Victoria. This remote role targets reps who can travel across the state, build a dealer network and own a sales pipeline with HubSpot.

You will train dealers, chase quotes, and close orders while working closely with management and the owners to drive growth and hit targets. A friendly, results-driven culture supports your independence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outbound or on-the-road sales.
• Experience in construction, agriculture or equipment sales is highly regarded.
• Experience working with or managing a dealer network.
• Able to hit and explain sales targets, with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Run planned dealer visits across Victoria with a clear value proposition.
• Train dealer teams on Himac range and keep Himac front of mind.
• Find and sign new dealers to grow Himac’s footprint.
• Chase quotes, follow up actions from visits and process orders.
• Keep pipeline up to date in HubSpot and plan next road trips.
