Job summary

Rexel Electrical Supplies, a Rexel Australia unit, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support customers across Keilor Park and Brooklyn, VIC. This field-based role focuses on building partnerships, identifying opportunities and delivering practical solutions.

You will manage accounts, visit customers regularly and collaborate with branch teams to provide responsive service, while contributing to growth and share of wallet within your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management, territory sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Confidence engaging with a broad range of customers and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to identifying and following up on opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to support customer growth and develop new business.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs, projects and challenges.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop plans to strengthen customer engagement and share of wallet.
• Partner with the Keilor Park and Brooklyn branch teams to provide responsive, seamless service.
• Connect customers with the right products, services, technical expertise and supplier solutions.
• Keep informed of local market activity, customer projects and emerging opportunities.
• Contribute to sales, margin and customer-growth goals across the territory.
