Job summary

Rexel Australia is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Keilor Park and Brooklyn regions in VIC. The role focuses on growing existing customer relationships and developing new business through proactive engagement and solutions-based selling.

Based from either Keilor Park or Brooklyn, you will work with branch teams to deliver responsive service while building long-term partnerships across your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, account management, territory sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with branch and specialist teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to support customer growth and develop new business.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs, projects and challenges.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop plans to strengthen customer engagement and share of wallet.
• Partner with the Keilor Park and Brooklyn branch teams to provide responsive, seamless service.
• Connect customers with the right products, services, technical expertise and supplier solutions.
• Keep informed of local market activity, customer projects and emerging opportunities.
• Contribute to sales, margin and customer-growth goals across the territory.
