Rexel Electrical Supplies, part of Rexel Australia, is a global distributor of electrical products and services. We are seeking a relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Keilor Park and Brooklyn, VIC, managing customer relationships and delivering practical solutions in a field-based role.

You will work closely with branch teams to ensure a consistent, responsive customer experience while identifying opportunities, visiting customers, and expanding share of wallet

Qualificações

• Experience in business development, account management, territory sales or a related customer-facing role.
• Confidence engaging with a broad range of customers and stakeholders.
• A thoughtful, proactive approach to identifying and following up on opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to support customer growth and develop new business.
• Visit customers regularly to understand their needs, projects and challenges.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop plans to strengthen customer engagement and share of wallet.
• Partner with the Keilor Park and Brooklyn branch teams to provide responsive, seamless service.
• Connect customers with the right products, services, technical expertise and supplier solutions.
• Keep informed of local market activity, customer projects and emerging opportunities.
• Contribute to sales, margin and customer-growth goals across the territory.
