Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established Belmont, WA territory. You will drive sales growth by strengthening relationships with workshops, fleet operators and trade customers, delivering tailored solutions and expanding the customer base.

This hands-on field role requires regular customer visits, presenting products and promotions, providing quotes, negotiating pricing and tracking territory plans to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Territory Management or Account Management is essential.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established customer base within your territory.
• Build relationships with workshops, auto electricians, fleet operators, transport businesses and trade customers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key market segments.
• Conduct regular face-to-face visits and business reviews with customers.
• Present new products, promotions and technical solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
• Implement territory plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer activity and competitor movements.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activity reports and sales forecasts.
