JAS Auto Electrical Parts, part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Representative for our Perth branch. You will own an established territory with growth potential, nurture existing relationships, and win new business across mining, transport, auto electrical, and trade sectors.

This role involves regular customer visits, minimal regional travel, and close collaboration with a high-performing branch team to deliver solutions and pricing discussions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Territory Management or Field Sales.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to manage your own territory and priorities.
• Experience in automotive, industrial, heavy vehicle, transport, mining or trade-related industries is advantageous.
• A current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of accounts.
• Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop new business across your territory.
• Conduct regular customer visits and maintain an active call cycle.
• Provide product advice and solutions to customers.
• Prepare quotations and manage pricing discussions.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity through CRM systems.
• Monitor local market activity and competitor movements.
