Job summary

Dulux ANZ is seeking a Territory Sales role for the ACT region. You will own the patch, manage key accounts, and drive profitable relationships across residential and commercial projects, from pre-tender to contractor onsite.

You will engage daily with painters, leverage CRM, and apply strong commercial acumen to meet sales targets and grow wallet share. This role emphasizes ownership, relationship-building, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or B2B sales role within painting or construction industries
• Key account management experience with ability to grow major accounts
• Identify and create new sales opportunities for Residential & Commercial projects from pre-tender to contractor onsite
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise accounts and manage a territory
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

• Report to Regional Sales Manager and manage key accounts while driving territory growth
• Take full commercial ownership of patch across ACT region, with coverage to Bowral and Mittagong
• Engage daily with painters and commercial customers using selling capability and stakeholder management to convert opportunities to revenue
• Manage territory as your own business—process-driven, IT-savvy and CRM-disciplined
• Deliver sales and profit targets through relationship-building and proactive problem-solving
