Job summary

DuluxGroup Ltd. is seeking a driven sales professional to own and grow the ACT region, spanning Bowral to Mittagong in NSW as needed. You will manage key accounts, drive territory growth and build lasting customer relationships.

You will engage with painting professionals and commercial customers, applying your selling capability, stakeholder management and proactive problem-solving to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or B2B sales role, ideally in painting or construction industries.
• Key account management experience with ability to grow major accounts.
• Ability to identify and create new sales opportunities across residential and commercial projects.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Organisational skills to prioritise accounts and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and drive territory growth across ACT region.
• Build profitable relationships and grow wallet share.
• Convert opportunities into sustainable revenue with strong selling capability.
• Engage daily with painters and commercial customers using CRM disciplines.
• Deliver on sales and profit targets with a process-driven approach.
