• Experience in a sales or B2B sales role.
• Key account management experience with growth of major accounts.
• Ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities for residential and commercial projects.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and drive territory growth across ACT region (Bowral and Mittagong coverage).
• Build profitable relationships and grow wallet share with painters and contractors.
• Utilise CRM and IT tools to track opportunities and deliver revenue targets.
• Own your territory with an end-to-end sales approach from pre-tender to onsite execution.
