AustCorp Executive is seeking a driven Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Engineer to expand the Queensland market. You will build and maintain key customer relationships, collaborate with engineers, and tailor motion and drive solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Commercially driven sales professional with strong relationship management.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities in a defined territory.
• Ability to translate customer needs into tailored drive/mraction solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities throughout Queensland.
• Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, system integrators and end users.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored drive and motion solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers.
• Provide first-level technical advice and application support.
• Assist with commissioning and product implementation where required.
• Achieve sales targets through territory planning and proactive engagement.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to deliver customer outcomes.
