Job summary

Brandt is seeking a Precision Technology Specialist to support customers across the Keith and Bordertown regions in Australia. You will promote and sell John Deere Precision Technology, provide guidance on automation and data-driven farming, and work with Sales and Service to maximize value for customers.

You will lead product demonstrations, train customers, and own the performance indicators in your territory while building strong relationships with farms and equipment users.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales and leadership.
• Understanding of the agricultural industry is beneficial.
• Track record of cultivating long-term profitable relationships.
• Strong grasp of asset/inventory management, pricing and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales: promote John Deere Precision Technology solutions to meet customer needs.
• Customer training & support: oversee product setup, optimization and training.
• Team collaboration: work with Sales and Territory Managers to integrate technology into conversations; support Service.
• Lead demonstrations: deliver compelling product demonstrations as the subject matter expert.
• Accountability: own KPIs in your designated territory and drive outcomes.
• Customer relationships: act as the primary contact for customers in your area.
